Rumor Lash Return Policy

At Rumor, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in the quality of our lashes and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened lash products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or  please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the product or issue a store credit.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 

Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt).

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item may be required.



Exchanges:

Please note that when choosing an exchange, if a product(s) is out of stock at the time the exchange order is submitted, the unavailable items will be processed as a refund or you can opt to join our waitlist.

It is important to note that the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue:

Email us at rumorlashes@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days. Final Sale Items: All promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
