Standard Shipping

• Australia: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
• Express Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD
• International: Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD

Shipping Fees within Australia

• Standard Shipping: $10.95 AUD with tracking (4-8 business days)
• Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD with tracking (1-5 business days)

International Shipping Rate

• Flat Rate: $25 AUD for delivery anywhere in the world

Order Processing
As a small business with a large volume of orders, we aim to ensure prompt shipping. Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by 12 PM. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a fulfilment email with tracking information. Although we aim to ship all orders out as quickly as possible, due to high order volume, delays are possible, we appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Please note the following based on your chosen shipping method:

• Tracking Information: You can track your order via Australia Post once it has entered their system. For any shipping-related inquiries or issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly, once your item is shipped it is then in the hands of the postage Company and not Rumor.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to environmental factors or other circumstances beyond our control affecting Australia Post's services.
• Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel appears to be stuck, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but is missing, please contact Australia Post directly for assistance, as they will have the most up-to-date information about your parcel's status.

We use Australia Post as a third-party shipping service, and we can only follow the same process you can. It is often quicker and more effective to resolve issues directly with Australia Post.
